Madrid, April 22nd .- Alibérico, the first Spanish and European family group to manufacture aluminium semi products, has incorporated Rosa García as new CEO, a newly created position within the structure of the company that Clemente González Soler founded more than two decades ago.
Rosa García is considered one of the most recognized Spanish business leaders in the technology sector. Graduating in Mathematical Sciences from the Autonoma University of Madrid, she has developed her career in the Information Technology sector and has been President of Microsoft Ibérica and Siemens Spain among other senior positions.
The incorporation of Rosa García to Alibérico reinforces the Group’s management team and also represents a development in the professionalization of its corporate governance structure within the generational transition process of this family business.
Rosa García arrives at Alibérico with the aim of promoting strategic plans. The main objectives will be to achieve sustainable growth and strengthen the Group’s positioning in the areas of innovation and technology with an ambition of making it a world reference in the new industry paradigm 4.0.
The new CEO of Grupo Alibérico will begin to assume her functions on Tuesday, April 23rd and all management tasks will have the support of the Chairman, Clemente González Soler.
