ALUCOIL premieres larson® EVO and Carbon Neutral at BAU 2025

ALUCOIL has taken a significant step towards the future of sustainable construction with the launch of larson® EVO, the evolution of its renowned range of larson® aluminium panels.

larson® EVO has been designed under the principles of Eco-design, Circular Economy, and Decarbonisation, achieving an unprecedented level of sustainability. Manufactured with zero CO2 emissions and zero waste, larson® EVO sets a new industry standard thanks to its minimal environmental impact. Using advanced technology, larson® EVO incorporates a Greentech manufacturing approach, optimising resource use and eliminating waste in its production process.

larson® EVO is more sustainable and incorporates key environmental improvements:

  • +38% recycled material in the larson® EVO FR version.
  • +70% green aluminium, equivalent to over 10,000 tonnes of CO2 avoided annually compared to the use of primary aluminium.
  • +16% reduction in plastic usage, contributing to decreasing the environmental impact of materials.
  • +6% reduction in packaging weight, directly reducing CO2 emissions during transport.

Additionally, ALUCOIL strengthens its commitment to sustainability by presenting two high-value certifications awarded by the prestigious certifying body AENOR:

  • Zero Waste, certifying that 98.83% of its materials are recycled and reincorporated into the lifecycle.
  • Carbon Neutral, guaranteeing that the company is carbon-neutral in its emissions.

These sustainability advancements will be showcased at the 25th edition of BAU 2025, the most important international trade fair in the building sector, to be held from 13th to 17th January in Munich, Germany. Under the theme “Building the Future with Sustainable Façades”, ALUCOIL will feature an impressive, modern, and sophisticated stand where visitors can discover the versatility of its larson® EVO and larcore® aluminium panels, renowned for their high-quality finishes and adaptability to cutting-edge architectural projects.
