ALUCOIL welcomes Salud Mental Miranda and their ‚PASAXT hacia el empleo’ project
On Tuesday, May 13th, ALUCOIL welcomed Salud Mental Miranda Association’s members and their project ‘PASAXT hacia el empleo’. During the morning, they got a first-hand look at ALUCOIL’s work, its products, and various professional roles, as well as taking a tour of its production lines.
Thanks to the ‘PASAXT hacia el empleo’ program – aimed at young members of Salud Mental Miranda who are signed up in the National Youth Guarantee System – participants gained a better understanding of manufacturing processes and the career opportunities ALUCOIL offers in the industrial sector.
Sharing common goals with ALUCOIL, the Salud Mental Miranda project is focused on equipping its participants with the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for the social and occupational inclusion of young people. In addition to the visit, participants also took part in a workshop on how to succeed in a job interview, receiving practical advice and tips from the Human Resources department.
This visit reaffirms ALUCOIL’s commitment to training and inclusion, promoting a more diverse and accessible work environment.
