ALUCOIL receives a visit from the Master’s Program in Lightweight Façades

Last Wednesday, January 28, ALUCOIL welcomed a visit from the professionals enrolled in the Master’s Degree in Architecture in Lightweight Façades. During the visit, attendees had the opportunity to learn first-hand about ALUCOIL’s work and its aluminium solutions for the construction sector.

The group toured the company’s facilities in Miranda de Ebro, where they gained in-depth insight into the continuous manufacturing processes of its larson® and larcore® panels. They were also able to observe the strict quality controls applied at every stage of the process, ensuring products with high technological value. In addition, the visit highlighted ALUCOIL’s commitment to sustainability, both in terms of manufacturing efficiency and the high recyclability of the raw materials used.

This initiative, part of ALUCOIL’s sustainable development plan, aims to support quality education. For several years, ALUCOIL has collaborated with the Master’s Degree in Architecture in Lightweight Facades, contributing to the training program by delivering lectures and acting as a platinum sponsor. The program is organized by the Higher Technical School of Architecture of the University of the Basque Country (UPV San Sebastián) and is delivered in a 100% online format.

A visit that reaffirms ALUCOIL’s commitment to education and professional development, supporting continuous improvement and the talent of new experts.
