ALUCOIL, new Supporting Partner of the Healthy Architecture Observatory (OAS)

ALUCOIL joins the Healthy Architecture Observatory (OAS) as a new supporting partner to promote sustainable and healthy architecture, caring for people and the environment with advanced aluminium solutions.

The OAS continues to grow and gain support from organizations and companies that “are committed to seeking and promoting the well-being of people both inside buildings and in public spaces.”

ALUCOIL, the Spanish multinational specializing in the development and manufacture of technologically advanced aluminium materials for the construction, transportation, and industrial sectors, has joined the Healthy Architecture Observatory (OAS) as a supporting partner.

The OAS is a pioneering initiative globally, created within the framework of the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). It brings together renowned academics, doctors, engineers, architects, and entrepreneurs from Spain and around the world. Its goal is to integrate architecture and urbanism into the public health conversation and promote measures to establish a new regulatory framework that encourages health in buildings.

Rita Gasalla, president of the OAS, commented on ALUCOIL‘s inclusion as a supporting partner: “For a global leader in technology and innovation like ALUCOIL to join the Observatory demonstrates that more and more organizations and companies are committed to seeking and fostering the well-being of people both inside buildings and in public spaces.”

Gasalla pointed out that “society is still not fully aware of the impact that the materials around us have on our health and well-being.” She added, “Construction materials and systems must not only be durable and recyclable but also respectful of people’s health. Therefore, it is essential to encourage industry participation so that its innovation contributes to the creation of healthy materials.”

Clemente González Soler, president of ALUCOIL, expressed: “We are deeply pleased to join the Healthy Architecture Observatory as supporting partners. ALUCOIL‘s purpose is to care for people and the environment with advanced aluminium solutions, always committing to the technological innovation of infinitely recyclable materials that improve people’s quality of life and enhance the construction of highly efficient buildings.

González Soler also highlighted: “Health and well-being in the environments where we live and work are essential aspects, and as experts in the development of advanced materials, we take on the responsibility of actively contributing to the achievement of these goals. We are convinced that our collaboration with OAS will be a decisive step toward promoting solutions that contribute to creating healthier and safer environments for present and future generations.”

ALUCOIL joins the OAS as a supporting partner, alongside Galöw Arquitectura Saludable, Aretha, Gerflor, Artesolar, and Benito Urban. All of these companies are actively committed to healthy architecture and urbanism as drivers of societal change and progress.
